MDF Pattachitra style hand painted bangle box. It has a removable wooden rod in between which can be removed to turn it to multipurpose use. The box can be used to store jewelry, accessories or as a decorative. It can enhance the decor of your office table as a stationary storage unit or your bed side table for storing miscellaneous items. 

The box has a top cover, which is painted in traditional Kumbha कुम्भ କୁମ୍ଭ design of Odisha. The sides have a mix of beautiful Elephant and Lotus design with black background which makes it stand out. Inside is earthy reddish brown which matches the exteriors. A coat of Varnish protects the paint.

Pattachitra is the traditional painting style practiced in Puri District of Odisha. It once adorned the Temple walls and themes revolved around incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Earlier painted on Silk/Tussar called Patta (पट्ट) (ପଟ) or Canvas now the style has seen extensively transformation  and is being used to decorate utility items, fabrics etc.
